4 Ways to Transform your Playset for the Summer
As school comes to a close and the kids put away the pens and paper, the backyard is going to start seeing a lot more use. In order to keep playtime fun and excited, we’ve made a list of some things you can do to transform your backyard into the ultimate summer hangout.
Create an obstacle course
Ropes or bungee cords in your playset and around the yard are perfect from turning the lawn into a fun obstacle course. Incorporate a sprinkler for extra fun!
Upgraded Slip and Slide
Attach a tarp to the end of the slide on your playset. Just add water, and you’ve got a fun (and cool!) time had by all.
Water Balloon Piñatas
Hang water balloons from the trees in the backyard and from your playset, give each child a pair of goggles, and go to town! This is a great way to get the kids outside when it’s boiling outside.
Create a Reading Nook
The inside of a playset is a great place to hide away with a book. Add some curtains, pillows, and lights and you’ve got a great place for kids to read during the day or the night.
